1. Do I need to sign up for an account in order to make a purchase?
You can choose to sign up for an account, or proceed to checkout as a Guest. We strongly recommend for you to sign up for an account with us to:
- apply the RM25 welcome voucher (when you subscribed yo our mailing list)
- Be able to track your order and access your order history
- Apply promotional codes
- Compile a Wishlist of items you are eyeing
- Be notified of New Arrivals, exclusive member discounts and promotions
- Be entitled to a membership with AZORIAS Inner Circle
Your details (i.e shipping and billing address) will also be stored on our secured site, so that you do not have to rekey the same details every time you shop with us
2. Get a RM25 voucher when you sign up for our mailing list!
You will receive a RM25 voucher in the welcome email automatically sent to the email account used to sign up with us. The voucher is for one time use only for each customer, and is applicable for orders of RM100 and above. Each customer account name must be the same as the billing name to avoid duplicate uses of the voucher.
3. I have signed up for your mailing list but I did not receive my welcome voucher.
The RM25 welcome voucher is automatically sent to the email account used to sign up with us. If you did not receive the email, it might have been directed to your Junk Mail folder.
4. I have problem accessing my account.
If you are having trouble logging in, please make sure you are using the same email address and password used to register with us.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the log in page and an email containing simple step by step instructions will be sent to your email used to register with us. If you did not receive the email, it might have been directed to your Junk Mail folder.
