PROMOTION CODES

1.            Where do I enter my promotion code?

 You may enter the code at the Discount/ promotional code column at your ’My Bag’ page, right before you check out. Click ‘Apply’ and the discount amount will be automatically deducted from the total of your shopping bag, upon successful application of the code.

2.            Can I use more than one promotion code at a time?

You may only use one promotion code per single transaction. Kindly note that promotion codes (including the RM25 welcome voucher) are not to be used in conjunction with any sale or promotional items.

3.            My promotion code is not working.

Kindly ensure you are logged in to your AZORIAS account when using any promotion code in order for it to be valid. Upon successfully applying your promotion code, the discount amount shall automatically be deducted from the total of your shopping bag.

4.            Will the balance amount of my promotion code be refunded?

Any unutilized balance of a promotion/ discount code is not refundable by way of store credit or cash.

5.             I forgot to enter my promotion code when placing my order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply any promotion code once an order has been confirmed. You may keep the code for your next purchase with us, however, do take note of any validity date of the promotion code.
