We also offer a no-frills returns policy, so that if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for something else, no strings attached.

Sign up
You can choose to sign up for an account, or proceed to checkout as a guest. We strongly recommend for you to sign up for an account with us, as it also allows you to track an order, access your order history and compile a Wish List. Your details will also be stored on our secured site, so that you do not need to rekey the same details every time you shop with us.

Get RM25 when you sign up
For a limited time only, when you sign up for an AZORIAS account, you will get RM25 to shop! A discount voucher will be emailed to you once your account is set up. The discount is to be used one time only for each customer, and is not valid for purchase of accessories.

Add to bag/ Wishlist
Once your account is set up, just click on the navigation links, and start shopping away! If you see a potential new family member in your wardrobe, click Add to Bag. If you are eyeing something, but does not want to commit yet, click Add to Wishlist. However, we suggest that you monitor your Wishlist closely as our products run out very quickly!

Check Out
Once you are ready to purchase, click Checkout Now, and you will be prompted to fill in your billing and shipping information (if you  have an account with us, these information are already stored with  us). We ship worldwide, please click here for list of shipping rates.

Payment
You can choose your preferred payment method. All payments are securely processed through Ipay88, a reputable online merchant owned by Mobile88 (an MSC status company). Payment methods offered are:

Order Confirmation
We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted. Once you are  satisfied that all details are correct,  click Place Order. You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and order total.

Order Status
If you have placed your order through a password-protected online account with us, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on My Account, signing in, and selecting Order History(back to top)

 

3. HOW DO I FIND A PRODUCT?

We have two product lines, WORK and PLAY, both catering to the different aspects of your lifestyle. The easiest way to find exactly what you are looking for is to browse through the categories (i.e. New In, Work, Play, Shop All, Sales) at the top of our web page and then by clicking on the product type (i.e. dresses, tops) you are looking for. If you want to view all products, click 'SHOP ALL'.

Alternatively, if you already have a product in mind, just type in the name of the product into our Search Bar (top right of the website) and we will find you the results related to your search query.

After finding the product you want, click Add to bag. You may also be interested in our Related Products recommendations to compliment the item you just bought! When you're done shopping, follow the step by step on screen instructions for payment and delivery details (Go to shopping guide).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor/ lighting discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that the display of color will be accurate.

At AZORIAS, we are dedicated to not only stylish and quality, but versatility as well. We bid goodbye to the days where workwear is synonymous to starchy collars and uptight buttons.

Instead, we believe in chic, sartorialistic choices that you would like to wear for all aspects of your lifestyle. Hence, you will see dresses that can bring you from the boardroom to cocktails; shirts that can be worn for a business meeting, and worn with faded jeans during the weekend.

The easiest way to receive style and blog updates is to select the option to receive our shop updates when you set up an account. Don’t worry! You don’t have to make any purchases just yet to receive those updates!

7. DO YOU SHIP TO MY ADDRESS?

At AZORIAS, we ship worldwide. Currently, we offer two (2) methods of delivery to get your order to you, standard delivery and express delivery.

At AZORIAS, we strive to provide a returns service that is simple, quick and fair for our customers.

9. CAN I INSPECT THE PRODUCTS IN PERSON?

Currently, we do not have a physical shop for our customers to inspect our products. However, we have plans to set up a show room in selected countries in the immediate future. We will keep you posted via email once these arrangements have been made!

11. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT DOES NOT GO THROUGH?

If for any reason your payment transaction fails, you will be led to page that informs you of a payment error. Unfortunately, as part of our system's security feature, your shopping bag will be cleared. Hence, to avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that  all payment details are correct prior to submission.

 

12. HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

When you are ready to check out, please go to 'MY BAG' to review your order, whereby you can also apply your discount code on the bottom left corner (under 'Discount Code'). After the discount code is successfully applied, click 'CHECKOUT NOW' on the right side of the page. Kindly note that discount codes are subjected to normal terms and conditions, unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may click 'Check out with PAYPAL' if Paypal is your preferred payment method.
